Started out slow but picked up at the last stop. We caught a lot of throwbacks but kept plenty for a fish fry. There were lots of fish and laughs on this trip. A couple of pretty nice speckled trout were mixed in the box, and we even saw my buddy, Mr. Eagle, this morning.

I took a little excursion on Friday. I caught bait and used little fish to catch bigger fish. Fresh live bait has been scarce. The spring bite has begun and will only get better every week. A few trips from last May. My weekends are almost full for May, but I have a few Sundays open. Summer is just around the corner, and the temperatures and fishing will be hot again this year. 
 So far, we have dodged any major rain storms, so the water is good and salty, all the way into the back bays, bayous, and tributaries. 
 I am also offering trips to Louisiana waters this year, which will open up a lot more area to explore and get away from the crowds of summer if you are more of a solitary angler.

<div>The water temps have really plummeted layely. This should help push more speckled trout up the yidal creeks and back bayous. once the sun starts heating the mud up the bite has picked up and been pretty hood. </div>

What a great day we had on the water with Chad and the crew! It was a perfect March morning in Mississippi to get out there and do some inshore fishing. The weather was clear, the water was in great shape, and we were ready to target some tasty Red Drum, also known as Redfish. 

As soon as we got the lines in the water, the action picked up. We were working some light tackle, and it wasn't long before the rods started bending. The Redfish were really fired up and hitting our baits hard. It took some skilled maneuvering, but we managed to land some beautiful fish. These inshore fighters really put up a great battle, testing our angling abilities, but we were up for the challenge.

Between reeling in fish, we had a lot of laughs and shared stories. It's always a good time when you get a group of anglers together, especially when the fish are cooperating. That's what makes these trips so special - it's not just about the catches, but the whole overall experience of being out on the water, enjoying the day. And today, we definitely made the most of it.
